Tracey specializes in coaching women entrepreneurs and executives to help them access the source of her own feminine power – in business and beyond – which is often much more difficult than it sounds. That’s why she has dedicated her life to helping women find their “Feminine Leadership Sweetspot,” guiding them through entrepreneurship or the channels of big business, while tapping into their full female potential. A leadership coach, consultant and public speaker, Tracey will soon be launching an E-book entitled, “The Strength of Feminine Leadership: Seven Secret Strategies for Success.”
“I teach women how to better communicate and how to present themselves more effectively when speaking from the stage, in meetings and with their staff in a way that demonstrates leadership and preserves femininity,” says Tracey, who is the show host of “Expose Yourself: How to Lead and Stay Feminine,” an online radio show that airs on the Women’s Information Network.
Often referred to as ‘The Velvet Hammer’ during her popular workshops and team-building events, Tracey smoothly coaches executive leaders and their teams, as well as new entrepreneurs and small business owners, so they show up in a real and authentic way that brings out their best and creates a powerful and positive effect on others.
“You walk around in life and in business and yet, do you really know how you impact people?” asks Tracey. “The world is starving for feminine leadership; women to stand in their power and their strength and use their skills in a way that’s natural for them. Even some of our greatest male leaders demonstrate feminine leadership skills, sometimes more easily than the women do. Being this kind of leader directly grows business, establishes trust and helps them achieve their ultimate goal.”
While working with people of all levels of success, Tracey noticed that many of them bring their childhood wounds into the boardroom, thereby compromising the power of their communication. Growing up in a home where her father used to say, “You can do 10 things; nine things right and one thing wrong, and I will always find the one you do wrong,” Tracey became unnecessarily hard on herself and sought to find more effective ways of communicating and interacting, which led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in film and communications from McGill University, in Canada. For almost 20 years she has pursued her journey of personal development and extensive study of human potential, her true passion. She attended the Coaches Training Institute and has more than 10 years of experience as a coach and trainer.
After 18 years working within the corporate world and as an entrepreneur, Tracey has mastered what she calls “the inner game of leadership and business,” and she instructs people on those fundamentals. Her passion in helping women succeed and become leaders has led her to pay particular attention to the dynamics and inner world of women in business. “I am fascinated and have spent time analyzing how women interact with other women because it can be so needlessly competitive and catty, even in business… and we can all do without that, right?” says Tracey.
A native of Montreal, Canada, Tracey is fluent French and English (she speaks four languages) and approaches each new client with clear intentions and a warm heart. “The feminine leadership style is what people want now and are responding to. The world is ready for a more kind-hearted, balanced, inclusive, empowering and enthusiastic style of leadership and communication in business,” Tracey says.
When she was ready for change in 2006, Tracey moved to the Los Angeles area, with a one-way ticket, a single suitcase and she has never looked back. As requests for her to speak on stages and present workshops increases, she continues to travel across North America. When she’s at home, Tracey enjoys salsa dancing, singing and Pilates.
